Weston is just south of I-595 & State Road 84 (alligator alley)and just south and west of I-75 in Broward County. Miami-Dade County is below Broward , and Palm Beach is above.   Everything West of Rt. 27 is entirely within the Everglades.

Much of Weston was carved out of wetlands, and in order to complete its planned buildout, the developer was required to keep some of it as wilderness. Cities to the east of Weston include Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Hollywood.  The next city west is Naples, on the Gulf of Mexico.
